How do you eliminate bad breathe?
Brush and Floss
Brush twice a day and clean between your teeth
Mouthwash
Use antibacterial mouth rinses
Clean Your Dentures or Partial Dentures
If you wear removable dentures or partials, take them out at night, and clean them thoroughly before using them again the next morning.
Stimulate Saliva Flow
To get more saliva in your mouth, try eating healthy foods that require a lot of chewing, like carrots or apples. You can also try sugar-free gum or sucking on sugar-free candies. Your dentist may also recommend artificial saliva.
Stop Using Tobacco Products
Stop using tobacco as a chew and/or smoking cigarettes, cigars and vaping.
